The St. Claude Arts District is really taking off, so much so that it has an acronym: SCAD. Today is a very special second Saturday art walk, in that it is a biennial. There are at least 8 locations hosting openings this evening, and it all starts with a big kick-off block party at from noon-6pm on the 1200 block of St. Roch Avenue.
