To be honest, there’s not a whole lot of “family friendly” theater that interests me. That Fantastic Mr. Fox thing earlier this year was an exception (and I hear a rumor it’s coming back). I’m thinking Be My Bunny might be an exception, as well. I missed the production at last year’s Fringe Festival, and, luckily, it’s back for a few day run, starting tonight. Here’s what the creators have to say about it:
Come slide down the rabbit hole to a world of romance and realization. You will get to shake your bunny tail to the thump, thump, thump of looooooooove. Hold on to your ears and rears as you are transported to the underground for a sensory explosion with the rockin rabbits. The Tally-Ho Daredevils bring you love, chaos and brilliant stupidity.
$10. $5 children 17 and under. Thursday-Sunday 8pm, Saturday-Sunday matinee at 2pm. Marigny Theatre at the Allways Lounge.
