Boom and Bust, yo

How about some thea-tah? Tonight through Saturday at 8, and Sunday at 2, Tulane University Theater Lab is presenting two one-act plays by Thornton Wilder.

The first is “Childhood,” directed by Hannah Trostle, which is an exploration of Depression-era need, followed by “The Happy Journey to Trenton and Camden,” directed by Rebecca Frank, which focuses on post World War II abundance. This contrast may prove to be especially relevant, given our current post-boom bust, and the discussions going on about whether this is the best economic cycle for us to create.
